Eastern Neck Island National Wildlife Refuge is the place. About seven or eight years ago when the tundra swans were there in number. Now, most of them now end up in North Carolina and not so much Maryland any more. They make an annual trip from Alaska and Canada down here to winter. Quite a site and a beautiful bird. That's the Chesapeake Bay Bridge at Annapolis, MD in the background. Here is a link to a great Nat Geo video of the migration process of these big birds.
